Priya Anand, Famous Tamil actress who became famous through movies like 180, Ethir Neechal, Oru Oorla Rendu Raja, and Trisha Illana Nayanthara is making her debut in Malayalam movie industry with the Prithviraj movie Ezra. Ezra is a horror thriller and in an interview the actress shared her experience about her debut and shooting.
Priya Anand said that she began her movie career 7 years ago with lots of fear as well as excitement. She said that she is happy and fortunate to be part of so many movies. But the unfortunate part in her career is that she was going into one direction as she was playing safe in the comfort zone until now. Lately she has decided to get out of it and her Kannada debut with Puneeth Rajkumar, Muthuramalingam in Tamil and Ezra in Malayalam is the result of that.
When asked about Ezra Priya Anand said that the director of the movie Jaykrishnan is so much clear about he need and he also aware and cautious of making a horror flick as the risk underlying in it. Priya Anand revealed that Ezra was one of a kind experience for her as even at the shooting time she was scared at times because of the atmosphere the director has created for the shooting. She underlined that she is positive about the impact that Ezra is going to have in South India and has high hopes for the movie.
When asked about Prithviraj Priya said that she has seen Prithvi’s movies and was impressed by it. She added that she was amazed to see the effort Prithviraj is taking for Ezra and is an inspiration too.
Priya last added that the amount of detailing that Ezra has is breath taking and it is sure that Ezra will be one of the scariest ghost movies in Malayalam movie history.
